On National Hunger Awareness Day, June 2, 2009, Campbell will build the word HUNGER out of thousands of cans of Campbell’s® Tomato soup to launch the Help Hunger Disappear™ initiative. Members of the public and media are invited to remove and donate the cans as a symbolic gesture to help raise awareness for hunger in Canada. Monetary donations will also be accepted on-site.
